Prakhar Bhartiya


Prakhar completed his graduation in Electrical Engineering in 2009. He has worked with Teach For India, NIIT Foundation, Janagraha in different capacities. He founded a Non-Profit Organization Youth Alliance in 2008 and established Crayons Consultants and Trainers in 2011. He has also been a freelance consultant, social activist and has worked with DLF, VArc Engineering, Reap Benefit.


After his graduation he joined as a pioneer batch fellow in coveted Teach For India Fellowship where he worked as a fulltime class teacher in an under resourced school for two years in Pune and Mumbai from 2009- 2011. His forte is his proficiency in interacting with people of varied age groups. He has been able to reach out to thousands of people with his message 'Yuva Jagega to Bharat Jagega'. Apart from this he has also tried his hand on writing articles related to youth, India and politics.


He has been featured by different national dailies and magazines such as Indian Express, TOI, Dainik Jagran, Career 360. He was also featured as an unsung hero on the eve Independence Day by “The Better India”. Recently he was featured by Microsoft as one of the inspiring stories on Gandhi Jayanti.
