Is it bringing more accountability in government/ corporate machinery or making people responsible to be more ethical? Is it changing the whole education system or changing the mindset of teachers towards education? We believe in a philosophy of change where there is  an optimum use of resources… For us, this certainly goes beyond the old phenomenon of utilizing just the physical resources to the maximum  of their capacity. Here we talk about the most important asset of any country or organization- ‘Humans’.  We call them Human resources but most of the time we end up using them like a machine and that’s how we do not realize how much potential is being lost out in the process of treating  humans as machines!
